Winning the Lottery

Just fantasising this morning, (or shall we perhaps call it positive visualisation) about what we would get if we won the lottery.

A nice little 2 bedroom mews house in central London.

A West country abode in need of renovation with a little garden that needs some love and attention.

And as a treat – a bluebell wood.

I don’t usually do the lottery, but yesterday was in slightly in my favour financially. A few little things happened that meant I spent less money than I had expected to. But then The GR and I had a massive row about money, involving him walking off. We’re both worried about it and the threat of potential building works starting at anytime and having to find somewhere else to live is getting to us, along with not really having any consistent work.

The joyful anticipation before checking one’s numbers is worthy of a little dreaming n’est ce pas?

Awww, I'm sorry you have lots of worries at the moment. Why do we need money eh? Wouldn't life be so much easier if no one had any.
I fantasise about winning the lottery too, even though I always forget to do it....then if I do I forget to check the ticket. On Friday I was thinking I should buy a ticket, win the lottery- several million;0) then tell my husband to stuff it me and our five children don't want his dirty stinking money.
I hope things pick up for you soon. x

I like the way you aren't greedy with your fake lottery win...2 beds, not a mansion and a house that needs a little tlc!! Good luck with everything! xxxxx

Thanks for leaving a message on my blog. Pleased to meet you! And I think you should go for the lacy tights. Cheaper than a mews house eh? My lottery dream is a house in the south of France (nothing huge or fancy) and an apartment in New York - my brother lives there and so I could visit, whenever. Oh and a very long holiday!

That's the thing about money, it's alright until you haven't got any. Things aren't that bad really. I hope things improve for you too. x

Fake - fake? I haven't checked my ticket yet! x

Hello! South of France or NY would do it for me too, but sadly not the other half. The tights I put on this morning were so laddered they could have been lacy, why did I even put them away last year???!

I do this too, look for houses we would buy if we win the lottery - although never actually buying the lottery ticket. I knew I wasn't the only one!
