Changing Guard at Buckingham Palace

Another thing you get to see early in the morning is trainee soldiers getting shouted at. Some of these poor ones could barely keep their buzbys on. The day before they were in different uniforms drilling with guns and bayonets all very exciting for little boys’ mummies!

oh bless them. Makes you want to give them a big hug.

I could've done with wearing a buzby here yesterday it was so cold! We shall be visiting London over Easter and plan to take my son to see all these great things - he's going to love it.

I've seen them in action - so young I felt like I could have been old enough to be their mothers!
